Green-tech has a team of specification professionals, known as the gtSpecifier team. They focus on technical specification. They create landscape solutions for landscape architects, contractors and garden designers.
gtSpecifier was established to meet the growing demand of specifiers requiring assistance at the specification, estimating and drawing stages of their projects.
The specialist team has the product knowledge and technical expertise to provide advice, guidance and recommendations for bringing landscape designs to fruition. They have the know-how to source the best solutions for a project, working within budget.
The gtSpecifer team has recently restructured and expanded. It is headed up by business development director Mark Wood.
Mark is supported by Stuart Ball who looks after the John Chambers Wildflower side of the business.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry and one of Green-tech’s longest serving members, technical and export manager Chris Swan has joined the gtSpecifier team. As well as heading up the export department Chris is the lead in new product development and is a long-standing member of the BASIS professional register.
Product specification manager Richard Wexham is the longest serving member of the gtSpecifier team and was instrumental in its set-up. Richard provides technical support and materials as well as delivering a portfolio of CPDs to architect’s, contractors, tree officers and industry bodies.
Becky Swiers is the backbone of the department and plays an essential role in supporting the day-to-day running of the gtSpecifier team. Becky is the team’s estimator and go-to person for any general enquiry.
The newest members of the team are Alicia Turner and Alasdair Innes. Alicia joins as specification business administrator. Having previously working in a London-based architectural practice she will provide assistance at specification and landscape planning stage, as well as organising and delivering an extensive portfolio of CPD seminars across the UK. Alasdair joined the team as product specification advisor. He has a wealth of experience in sales across a variety of industries and will be working with our database of landscape architects, ensuring they receive bespoke product solutions for urban landscape projects. Alasdair will also be delivering CPD seminars and attending contractor briefings.
